Welcome to our Governors’ section.
Our Local Governing Committee (LGC) comprises of up to 12 governors and the Headteacher (ex officio governor) representing parents/carers, staff and the local community.
We currently have vacancies for 2 non elected governors from September 2025 (parents are eligible for these roles) - please contact Andrew Betts - Clerk to LGC if you are interested bettsa@bridgeacademytrust.org - we would love to hear from you.
The Governing Committee works in partnership with the school's leadership team to provide an environment that respects the needs, values, cultures and opinions of others, where children can develop positive attitudes towards learning, discover success and develop self-esteem.
